AHS Student Receives Sisters of Mercy Scholarship

Ardmore — Mercy Memorial Health Center congratulates Alan McCall, Ardmore High School 2005 salutatorian, for receiving one of twenty $1,000 scholarships awarded nationally to children of Sisters of Mercy Health System employees.

Recipients of Mercy’s Charles E. Thoele scholarship are selected according to academic performance, as demonstrated by grade point average, class rank and college test scores, as well as participation in school and community activities, leadership qualities, personal and school references.

In addition to being a salutatorian, McCall is an Eagle Scout, a Distinguished Honors Scholar and a member of the All-District High School concert band.

Mercy Memorial Health Center is a member of Mercy Health System of Oklahoma and the Sisters of Mercy Health System.
