Mercy Health North May Welcomes Dr. Michael Hunt
Oklahoma City— Michael Hunt, D.O., F.A.A.P.,
F.A.C.O.P., is the newest member to join the team at Mercy Health North
May.
Dr. Hunt received his medical degree from the
University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines,
Iowa. He completed an internship and residency in pediatrics at William
Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. Dr. Hunt, a double
board-certified pediatrician, most recently served as a clinical
assistant professor for pediatrics at the University of Oklahoma in
Lawton.
“The biggest thrill of being a pediatrician is
making a difference in the lives of my patients and their families,”
said Dr. Hunt. “I want parents to ask questions and feel completely
comfortable with their children’s care.”
Mercy Health North May is located at 9100 N. May.
Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Same day
appointments are now available. Dr. Hunt also offers new mom
introductory consults and welcomes children with asthma, allergies and
minor emergent/urgent care.
