Mercy Edmond Santa Fe Welcomes Dr. Simmons
Oklahoma City—Merl Simmons, M.D., an Edmond
pediatrician since 1981, has moved his practice from Mercy Health Edmond
Memorial to Mercy Health Edmond Santa Fe.
“By moving to
Mercy’s Edmond Santa Fe clinic, I will
be closer to my home and I’ll be able to better serve my patients’
needs,” said Dr. Simmons.
Dr. Simmons received his medical degree from The
University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, as well as completed a
pediatric residency and internship at The Children’s Hospital in
Oklahoma City. He is board certified in pediatrics.
“I have the privilege of helping parents grow as
people and I’m able to give them tools to better care for their
children,” said Dr. Simmons. “It’s so rewarding to see first-time
parents move from being nervous to greater confidence with each child
they raise.”
Mercy Health Edmond Santa Fe is located at 1575 N.
