Social Services

The Social Services Department at Mercy Memorial provides compassionate and holistic care in all modalities of psychosocial services including crisis intervention, situational counseling, specialized discharge planning and liaison with agencies in the community. Social Service works closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop a holistic discharge plan. Additional services are provided to teenage mothers and dialysis patients.

Social Services is located in the basement of the main hospital next to Medical Records. Services are available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 pm In an emergency, social workers can be reached after hours by beeper. For questions or to make an appointment, call 580-220-6444.
