Patient Satisfaction Surveys
From
the moment you step through our doors at Mercy Memorial Health Center, the
service you receive is very important to us.
After
you are discharged, you may receive a questionnaire by mail or a
phone call from a Mercy Memorial coworker./p>
When
you respond by mail or in a phone interview, you help us learn how to
provide better care for our patients. If you are surveyed, please take
just a few minutes to answer questions about your experience as a patient.
Our
goal is to provide patients with the highest quality care and comfort. The
nurse in charge of your area, members of the pastoral care team or any of
the hospital administrators are available to talk with you or your family
should you have any concerns or problems during your hospitalization, and
will work with you and attempt to resolve the issue. Please call the
