Healthcare at a New Level:
A $22 million goal
In the summer of 2005, Mercy Memorial Health Center launched the first comprehensive hospital fund-raising campaign in southern
Oklahoma since 1947. Setting a goal of a minimum of $22 million,
the hospital challenged the community to join the journey to a new
vision of healthcare.
The Tower Capital Campaign is named for an ambitious project
that will marry the bricks and mortar of a new 150-bed tower with the skill
and compassion of some of the region's finest healthcare providers.
A major campaign is a transforming moment in the life of
any non-profit organization. The results will create permanent change, tangible and intangible, across
the healthcare landscape. In addition to the contributions raised by the community,
the Sisters of Mercy Health System will
contribute up to $40 million in capital.
