I remember putting Band-Aids and Popsicle stick splints on all of my
dolls. My dream was to be able to fix kids' hurts. After 30 years in
pediatrics, I feel that God has blessed me tremendously. Not only do I
get to fix the boo-boos, I also get a chance to educate parents about
their children in all aspects. When a baby smiles at me or a 9-year old
gives me a high-five, I know I am fulfilling my childhood dream.
