Patient satisfaction

We want your experience at Mercy to be the best it can be. By listening to our patients and visitors – both through Press Ganey surveys and patient feedback – and acting on those comments, we can improve our customer service skills.

In 2002, Mercy Health Center launched “Mercy Service,” a program designed to make customer service a priority. Mercy Service involves every department and every co-worker at Mercy.
