the moment you step through our doors at Mercy Health Center, the service
you receive is very important to us.
After
you are discharged, you may receive a questionnaire by mail or a phone call
from a Mercy representative.
When
you respond by mail or in a phone interview, you help us learn how to
provide better care for our patients. If you are surveyed, please take
just a few minutes to answer questions about your experience as a patient.
