Mercy Fitness Center
The goal of the Mercy Fitness
Center is to provide our members with a safe and comfortable atmosphere
where fitness goals can be achieved. The Fitness Center is conveniently
located on the lower level of The Plaza Physician Offices on the Mercy
Health Center campus. Plenty of free parking is located nearby. We offer
a wide range of fitness options. A full range of complimentary amenities
are provided including toiletries, towels, hair dryers and more. Call

Monday-Thursday: 5:30 am to 9 pm
Friday: 5:30
am to 7 pm
Saturday: 8
am to 4:30 pm
Sunday: 1 to 6 pm
Cardiac Rehab Hours
Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
10:30 am to 12:00 pm and 3:30 to 5:00 pm
Membership Information
New members receive an
evaluation that includes a series of fitness tests conducted by a
trained exercise counselor. Tests include body composition, flexibility,
strength and cardiovascular endurance. Based on the evaluation, an
individualized exercise program will be developed.
A
medical clearance form is
required for individuals over age 45. The form must be completed and
signed by a physician prior to the first appointment.
