We've known for some time.  Now, the rest of the nation will too. The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), a subsidiary of the American Nurses Association, has renamed Mercy Health Center as a winner of the prestigious Magnet award for nursing excellence.  

The Magnet recognition award is nursing's top honor

and is accepted nationally as the gold standard in nursing excellence.

Tough standards mean only 2% of American hospitals quality. Only 150 hospitals out of 5,000 in the nation are Magnet hospitals.
