The path for professional Mercy nurses has learning opportunities that include in-service education, preceptoring, memberships in professional organizations, community service, assisting with recruitment and more. 

Levels are based on experience and number of hours worked per year. 

• Charism Nurse II – FT $2000, PT $1000 per year

• Charism Nurse III – FT $3000, PT $1500 per year

• Charism Nurse IV – FT $4000, PT $2000 per year
